​Growing 2 eCommerce start-ups on international level. From strategy to full P&L responsibility for the online store incl. all digital marketing & cross-channel tactics. Maximising international sales through opportunity identification, improvements across a multi-channel business, driving traffic to the eShops (SEO/SEA, affiliate, retargeting, CRM campaigns, eMail, mobile, online PR, social media) & constant eShop conversion rate improvement through acquisition & retention tactics.
